PMMCA does not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, compensation changes, or job placement. Individual results vary based on role, organisation, engagement, and application.

2. Educational / Coaching Nature of Content
All content, coaching, and guidance provided through PMMCA is for educational and professional development purposes only.

Any examples, frameworks, or recommendations are intended to support decision-making and skill development and should be applied with professional judgement within the context of your organisation.

3. Employer Reimbursement
Employer reimbursement availability varies by organisation and is subject to internal approval policies. PMMCA provides supporting information to assist with reimbursement requests but cannot guarantee employer approval.

4. Founding Member / Pricing
Founding Member pricing and availability are limited and subject to change.

Once Founding Member spots are filled, enrolment may remain open at updated pricing. PMMCA reserves the right to modify pricing, programme structure, or included benefits with reasonable notice.

5. Scheduling & Programme Availability
Live sessions are scheduled in advance and may vary by month. Replays or alternative resources may be provided where applicable. PMMCA reserves the right to adjust session formats, facilitators, or schedules to maintain programme quality.

6. Community Conduct & Participation
PMMCA is a moderated community designed to support constructive, professional discussion. Continued participation is subject to adherence to community guidelines to ensure a respectful and productive environment for all members.

7. Jurisdiction & General
PMMCA is operated from the United Kingdom. Any disputes or claims arising from participation in PMMCA shall be governed by UK law.
